Eppure, il suo volto \u00e8 immediatamente riconoscibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come \u00e8 possibile?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La moderna analisi delle immagini suggerisce che c'\u00e8 una fonte comune per il modo in cui Ges\u00f9 viene costantemente raffigurato - e potrebbe essere la Sindone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L'arte paleocristiana era simbolica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le prime rappresentazioni di Ges\u00f9 del primo secolo consistevano in simboli come l'agnello, il pane e il pesce. (Il nome greco del pesce \u00e8 ichtus, che \u00e8 anche l'acronimo di \u201cGes\u00f9 Cristo, Figlio di Dio Salvatore\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In seguito la figura umana dell'adolescente, del buon pastore, del medico, dell'insegnante e del giudice furono utilizzate per rappresentare Ges\u00f9 in stile classico, tipicamente con capelli corti e pelle liscia come un dio romano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poi lo stile \u00e8 cambiato (e si \u00e8 diffuso)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopo la legalizzazione del cristianesimo da parte dell'imperatore Costantino nel 313, le rappresentazioni visive di Ges\u00f9 si diffusero rapidamente. Esse condividono i tratti del viso associati a Ges\u00f9 oggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questi tratti sono notevolmente simili al volto della Sindone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel 1930, uno studioso francese di nome Paul Vignon esamin\u00f2 antiche immagini di Ges\u00f9. Egli identific\u00f2 diversi dettagli in comune:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forma a U con angolo quadrato tra le sopracciglia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triangolo che punta verso il basso sul ponte del naso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sopracciglio destro alzato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zigomi pronunciati<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La guancia destra \u00e8 un po' meno accentuata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Narice sinistra allargata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linea d'accento sotto il naso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lacuna nella barba sotto il labbro inferiore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capelli pi\u00f9 corti su un lato della testa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondo la moderna analisi delle immagini, queste diffuse somiglianze non sono una coincidenza.
