Esta humillaci\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 una \u201ccorona de espinas\u201d. Los cuatro Evangelios mencionan la corona de espinas, enfatizando su significado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La forma de la corona<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes del descubrimiento de la S\u00e1bana Santa, los artistas representaban la corona de espinas como un anillo abierto. Pero las heridas de la S\u00e1bana Santa cuentan una historia diferente. Las heridas de las espinas cubren toda la cabeza. La m\u00e1s llamativa es una gran mancha de sangre en la frente con la forma del n\u00famero 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cerca de la l\u00ednea del cabello, hay dos peque\u00f1os hilos de sangre, probablemente de una lesi\u00f3n en la arteria temporal superficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la parte posterior de su cabeza, las profundas heridas de punci\u00f3n cuentan una historia sombr\u00eda: las espinas penetraron hasta la arteria occipital y algunas venas profundas, mezclando sangre arterial y venosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La planta utilizada para la corona<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de espinas podr\u00edan perforar as\u00ed la cabeza? Es conocida por sus grandes espinas: De 1,5 a 2 pulgadas de largo. Estas espinas crecen en pares; una recta y la otra curva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la S\u00e1bana Santa se ha encontrado una gran cantidad de polen de la planta Gundelia tourneforti en la zona de la cabeza y los hombros.
